QIRUA is based in Zagreb, Croatia, and offers plant ingredients sourced from the Amazon for food and topical cosmetic use.

Our focus is on ingredients that are still relatively uncommon in Europe. The current selection is small and curated, with an emphasis on simple, single-ingredient products such as oils, seeds, and resins. Over time, we plan to expand the range while maintaining the same approach.

We keep formulations minimal and avoid complex blends or vague claims. Each product is presented with clear, practical guidance on how it is typically used.

Many regions of the Amazon face economic pressure linked to intensive resource extraction. With limited alternatives, local communities are often pushed toward low-paid work in activities such as logging, plantation agriculture, or wildlife hunting.
